FLUID-1595: long file names in the upload queue, stretch the file queue, using IE6

Description

long file names in the upload queue, stretch the file queue

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open the uploader example

2) Add a file with a long name, such as "this_file_has_a_very_long_file_name_that_should_be_displayed_properly_in_the _uploaders_upload_queue"

Notice that file queue's width expands to fit part of the name and wraps the rest to a new line

  Will probably affect Uploader1 as well now. I think that I have a fix. Let's see what I can cook up. I'm surprised that this didn't happen before.

  This is basically the same bug as FLUID-962 it just manifests its self differently on different browsers and both of these bugs will be to come up with a way to automatically truncate the text of long files names. I thought that there was a bug written for that, but I can't find it.

  In Opera 9.64 Winxp the name of the file does not wrap, so you don't even see the full name of the file.

  I have had this problem (not seeing the entirety of a long file name) in Safari 4 / OS X 10.5.

  We are no longer actively supporting IE6, IE7 and IE8. We will consider patches for some issues if they are offered.
