Description
If you have two instances of the same webm video chrome appears to have some issues loading them. One instance will load as expected, but the other will not load until after the first one has started playing and been paused.
This is both through the Video Player component and directly through HTML5 markup using native controls.

2013-02-01T10:18:37.346-0500 If you have one instance as webm and the other as flash, or both as flash, things seem to work properly.

2013-02-01T10:23:58.088-0500 "Screen Shot - native.png" shows the second video not loading when using chrome's native video player. "Screen Shot - Video Player.png" shows the same issue when using the Video Player component.
